Simple installation method of panel
FLD series rotor flowmeter is a kind of precision instrument, which is specially used to read the flow directly. They embody the simple, universal and economical characteristics inherent in the classical rotor flowmeter. It is very suitable for measuring carrier gas, indicating and controlling the gas in the process of processing in the chromatographic separation method. It is also very suitable for gas measurement in laboratories and experimental factories, as well as flow and liquid level indication. When fully assembled and shipped, these flowmeters include standard fittings (available in a variety of materials), side panels, thicker front enlargement shields and back panels, as well as built-in control valves and flow pipes. Using the selected acrylic triangle frame FLTR-1, the panel mounting mode can be transformed into the bracket mounting mode. The trigonometer is equipped with a level gauge and a leveling screw.
Flowmeters are equipped with built-in 6-ring needle valves, 16-ring high-precision metering valves with "non-ascending stem", or may not be equipped with any valves. As long as high sensitivity control and high resolution are required, especially when used in conjunction with metering tubes for measuring very low flow rate, high-cost high-resolution valves are worth the money. Generally speaking, when measuring gas, it is recommended to install the valve at the entrance (bottom); when measuring liquid, the valve can be installed at both the entrance and the exit (top). For vacuum applications, valves must be installed at the outlet. If not specified at the time of ordering, the valve will be installed at the inlet of the flowmeter at the time of shipment.
